By using Shadow Overlay Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Shadow Overlay Studio provides browser-based creative tools for adding shadow overlays and film effects to images. The Service is provided as-is. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any feature at any time.
You retain full ownership of all images you edit using the Service. We do not claim any rights over your content. Since image processing happens entirely in your browser, your images are never transmitted to our servers.
You agree not to use the Service to process or create content that violates any applicable law, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, is defamatory or harmful, or attempts to circumvent Pro tier restrictions through technical means.
Shadow Overlay Studio, its name, logo, and all shadow rendering code are the intellectual property of the operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the software without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadow Overlay Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Material changes will be notified to Pro subscribers by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
