Our commitment: If Shadow Overlay Studio Pro does not work for you, we will make it right. Email us within 14 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to Shadow Overlay Studio Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

To request a refund: email hello@shadowoverlaystudio.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address on your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Subscription renewals

Renewals are not automatically refunded, but if you forgot to cancel before a renewal charge and contact us within 72 hours, we will refund the renewal at our discretion.

Cancel any time from your account settings. You retain Pro access until the end of the paid period.

What is not refundable

Charges older than 14 days from the first payment
Partial months of service
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear.
